  Terrible terrible service and the food didn't really compensate either.

  We were seated promptly but then made to wait around 20 minutes before we could order food or drinks. We did try to seek the attention of the tall curly haired male waiter, but instead of serving us, he gestured with his hand that we should wait, and continued to perform laps of the restaurant and seemed totally preoccupied with keeping his hands behind his back and watching diners, rather than performing useful tasks. The other female waitress gave us a similar gesture, and we were on the point of leaving when a third waitress said she would come and take our order (but she actually then proceeded to go inside the restaurant and perform some other duties… in hindsight we should have taken that as a cue to leave).

  Nice Service and the Pizza was fine. Wasn't fast but freshly made. My pizza Parma had a lot of good Parma cheese on it and everything was fairly priced, especially this great location at the Harbour.

  It appeared to us that restaurant was perhaps being run by a stand in chef, as the food could have been a reasonable standard, but was let down by poor execution.

  Bad service and not great food. Head for another Italian restaurant instead, they're all better than this one.

  Service was too slow. We waited 45 minutes for the main course to be served. The lasagna was scorching hot and needed to cool down a further 5-10 minutes. And the restaurant was less than half full on a sunday evening.

  When the food did eventually arrive, the lasagna was completely burnt on top, and we had to scrape off the top layer in order to make it edible (it was actually quite good underneath). The calzone was also actually very good, however they chose to cover it with a cold arribiata sauce, which didn't really work well with hot calzone.

  Had bruschetta for starters, tagliatelle with duck ragu for main course and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was excellent. The list of wine was albeit short, wonderful.
