  The service this evening was not on the same high level as last time vi visited the restaurant (April 14). It seems for me that there were not enough waiters on duty this evening. That surprise me because we lived at the hotel where the restaurant are located and we experienced top service all the time (see my review at Hotel Cordial Mogan Playa). 5 stars to the food and 4 stars for the service this time.

  This was our second visit to restaurant Los Guayres and we got a table outside where you have a very beautiful view to the setting sun and the hillside.

  Geboten bekommt man dafür solide ambitionierte, aber keinesfalls Sterne-Küche. Der Service ist professionell, aber eine Spur zu routiniert. Man hat etwas das Gefühl, in einer Maschine abgearbeitet zu werden.

  Menu dégustation avec vins associés excellent. Très bon début de service, mais abandon total après le dessert. Plus personne au service on ne s occupe plus que des additions. Très dommage et décevant après ce bon moment.
