  My Wife, my son (aged 4) and I, stopped by for a quick lunchtime bite, we hadn't eaten here before. We decided to order pizza. Our young son, aged 4, was a little restless and was reluctant to sit down, the restaurant was empty and the waiter said it was fine for him to walk around and explore a little bit. We ordered our pizza, and our son was wandering around looking at the Christmas tree etc. etc. a couple of moments later, the pizzaiolo (the maker of the pizzas) was pointing at a design on the serving counter, he started ranting and raving because a tiny sticker (the design was made up of easily removable stickers) had been removed by our son. I found the sticker on our table and passed it back to him smiling and thinking that in line with his colleague's excellent manner, he might calm down and say ' no problem' but he just got worse and worse, he started to use the most profane, blasphemous language in Italian that is forbidden to be used and causes a great deal of upset to Italians when it is used. He was extremely aggressive in his manner, and at several points during the incident I thought there was a chance of physical violence. I have never experienced behaviour like this any where in the world, it was both abhorrent and bizarre. We decided to leave the restaurant immediately. upon leaving I shook the hand of the waiter, I told him that it was clearly not his fault we were leaving. I can;t speak for him but my impression was that he was embarrassed and ashamed of the behaviour of the pizza chef. I can only say that people should give this place a very wide berth, simply for the chance that you might experience something similar or worse than we did and that the verbal abuse might get physical. - and remember, we only went in for a pizza! they take 5 minutes to make and 10 minutes to eat!

  This place gets half a star for good pizza and half a star goes to the excellent waiter that served us, he was polite and friendly. So why only one star? Well, we were forced to leave the restaurant because of the abhorrent, aggressive and frankly unstable behaviour of the Pizzaiolo (pizza chef). So we ended up eating cold pizza back in our apartment. Please read on if you want to know what happened, but if not, in order to reduce the risk of experiencing verbal and possibly physical abuse I would avoid this place.
